The warranty period is 12 or 24 months from the date of sale, depending on the model. The term and the service center address are on the warranty card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every watch comes with a stamped warranty card, a manual in Ukrainian or English and the original packaging. Keep them together with the receipt. The warranty applies when you present the card, the receipt and the watch with its complete set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warranty covers defects caused by the manufacturer. The service center fixes them within 45 days, and the warranty period is extended for the time the watch is under repair.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, you are entitled to a free repair at the service center listed on the warranty card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Yes. Warranty and post-warranty repairs are done by the service center listed on the warranty card.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

      Can a product be exchanged without its packaging?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

      An exchange is possible if the product has not been used and its resaleable condition is preserved. However, the absence of packaging may complicate the procedure, especially if it is considered a part of the product set.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      What are the terms for exchange and return of goods?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

      The buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, excluding the day of purchase (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To make a claim for the exchange or return of goods, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
