This Agreement is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Dmytriyeva Larysa Viktorivna (tax ID 2731011821, the “Seller”) to sell goods through the House of Time online store at https:\/\/timehouse.com.ua\/<\/a> (the “Website”) under Articles 633, 641 and 644 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.1. Placing an order on the Website means the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.2. The Buyer is any legally capable individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur who has placed an order on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3. Goods are wristwatches and wall clocks, accessories and other goods offered on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.4. The relationship under this Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer according to the order placed, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are not pledged, not under arrest and free of third-party rights. The Goods are handed over together with a warranty card and the manufacturer’s documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1. The Buyer places an order on the Website, after which the Seller’s manager contacts the Buyer to confirm it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2. Orders are processed daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1. Prices are shown on the Website in hryvnias. The price of a placed order is not subject to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2. Payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1. Delivery within Ukraine is made by Nova Poshta free of charge within 1\u20133 business days. Pickup from the store in Odesa is also available (daily from 09:00 to 18:00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.2. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the packaging and completeness of the Goods. Any damage or missing items are recorded in a report with the carrier’s representative, and the Buyer notifies the Seller within 1 (one) day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.3. If the Buyer fails to collect or refuses the order without grounds, the delivery cost both ways is borne by the Buyer: it is deducted from the prepayment (the balance is refunded on request to team@timehouse.com.ua<\/a>) or paid by the Buyer for cash on delivery orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.1. The Buyer may return or exchange Goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the Goods have not been used and their appearance, packaging and documents are preserved (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.2. If defects are found, the Buyer has the rights provided by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.3. Return shipping for defective Goods is paid by the Seller, and for Goods of proper quality by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.4. Money is refunded no later than 7 days from the day of the request. Full terms are on the Refund policy<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation, claims are reviewed within 7 calendar days, and if no agreement is reached, in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.2. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.1.
