Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1ER is a men’s sports model with a new design featuring the proven octagonal case, already used on the legendary Casio G-Shock DW 5000C model, now in an improved version with new Core Carbon Guard protection. The G-Shock series has been offering its owners durable watches with a wide range of functions in a practical and timeless design for 35 years.
Casio G-Shock GA 2100-1A1 comes, as we are used to from the series, with a finish that allows the watch to withstand harsh conditions. The high durability of the case is ensured by the new Carbon Core Guard construction. It is made of resin, reinforced and strengthened with carbon fibers; the button design is also special, protecting the model from dirt ingress. This combination allows for a more compact and lighter case.
The watch features a combined analog and digital dial that displays the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm, and many other functions that you can use during sports and leisure time.
The polymer case, reinforced with carbon fibers, is complemented by a polymer strap with excellent high durability and a long service life. The materials used helped reduce the weight of the watch to just 51 grams. The dial is protected by mineral glass. For ease of reading in low light, the watch is equipped with hands with luminescent coating and dual LED illumination, which lights up both the analog and digital parts of the dial when a button is pressed. An auxiliary dial showing the current day is located at the 9 o’clock position, and the digital display shows not only the selected mode but also the corresponding data. With a case diameter of 45.4 mm, it ranks among the largest watches. The water resistance of this model is 200 m, so you can swim with the watch without any problems.
