If the return is due to improper quality or a defect in the product, the seller is obliged to reimburse the buyer for the shipping costs.

Delivery times across Ukraine are usually 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Within the city, it takes 1 day.
How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number and a link for tracking via SMS or email. Also, in the personal account of the Nova Poshta app.
Can I pay for the product upon receipt?
Yes, payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) is available for courier delivery or via postal services.
Can I choose the delivery date and time?
Yes, during checkout you can specify your preferred date and time interval. We will try to accommodate your wishes.
