Do you offer warranty and post-warranty watch repairs?
One of the most telling facts demonstrating the company’s attention to its partners is undoubtedly the presence of a certified service center that provides warranty and post-warranty repairs for watches. The address is indicated on the warranty card.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period for products is 6, 12, and 24 months from the date of sale.
When is the warranty valid?
The warranty is valid upon presentation of a correctly completed warranty card, sales receipt, complete product set, including the box, passport, user manual, and defective product.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers product defects caused by the manufacturer. The time required to repair the product is determined by the service center on a case-by-case basis and shall not exceed 45 days. The warranty period is extended for the time the product is under repair.
What are the terms and conditions for exchanging and returning goods?
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase. (Clause 1 of Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
To make a claim for exchange or return of goods, the following conditions must be met:
The goods must be complete, including the box, passport, and user manual.
The goods must be in good condition (no scratches or other mechanical damage).
The sales receipt and correctly completed warranty card must be available.
Can I exchange goods without packaging?
Exchanges are possible if the product has not been used and is in good condition. However, the absence of packaging may complicate the procedure, especially if it is part of the product set.
