All watches purchased in our store come with an official manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 12 or 24 months (depending on the model).
We are an authorized seller of products in Ukraine, so you receive a 100% original product with a full package of documents:
- Warranty card with a stamp
- Manual in Ukrainian or English
- Original packaging
Service Center
If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, you are entitled to a free repair at official service centers in Ukraine.
The warranty covers:
- Movement malfunctions
- Display issues
- Manufacturing assembly defects
The warranty does not cover:
- Signs of mechanical damage (shocks, scratches)
- Damage caused by moisture (if the model does not have water resistance)
- Wear and tear of elements (strap, battery, etc.)

What is the warranty period?
The warranty period for products is 6, 12, and 24 months from the date of sale.
When is the warranty valid?
The warranty is valid upon presentation of a correctly filled out warranty card, a sales receipt, the complete product set including the box, passport, user manual, and the defective item itself.
What does the warranty cover?
- The warranty covers product defects caused by the manufacturer. The period for rectifying product defects is determined individually by the service center and does not exceed 45 days. The warranty period is extended by the amount of time the product spends in repair.
What are the terms for exchange and return of goods?
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, excluding the day of purchase (Paragraph 1, Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
To make a claim for the exchange or return of goods, the following conditions must be met:
- Complete product set, including the box, passport, and user manual
- Preservation of the product’s resaleable condition (absence of scratches or other mechanical damage)
- Availability of a sales receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card
Can a product be exchanged without its packaging?
An exchange is possible if the product has not been used and its resaleable condition is preserved. However, the absence of packaging may complicate the procedure, especially if it is considered a part of the product set.
